Please note this toner only work in a metered or Pagepack/eClick machine, which is a printer which was previously in a maintenance contract. You can check this by printing a supplies page. You should see a Pagepack/eClick logo on this page. Contact us when in doubt. If your printer is does not have Pagepack/eClick enable, select 'Modify (place sold chip)' in 'Modify to regular toner. We will then replace the chip with the correct one for your machine.
