Printopia specializes in the repair, refurbishment, sales and maintenance of a wide range of Xerox printers, copiers and multifunctionals. On our website you will also find large selection of original Xerox consumables for very competitive prices. We service only Xerox machines.

We work completely independently from Xerox. All lease contracts are on machines that we own, and all consumables and machines that you find on this website, we have in our own stock. We have machines for every budget and offer lease contracts from 12 months at very competitive prices.

We only sell second hand machines, the vast majority of which are ex-lease machines from Xerox dealers. We have a number of reasons for this:

• The depreciation on copying equipment is unrealistically high in the first years.
• There is too little development in terms of print quality and speed to justify this.
• Machines last a multitude of the number of prints that they run in the regular (first) lease period.
• Consumables for machines of a few years old are much easier, thus cheaper, to get.
• Teething problems, both on hardware and software level, have been solved in used equipment.

We offer full support on all machines we sell and can do almost all repairs. Machines come with a warranty of 3 months, with a maximum of 5,000 pages (for light machines) to 15,000 (for heavier machines). With your own technical service you are assured of fast service and a mechanic who knows your machine through and through
