Delivery Information
- Standard shipment costs within the Netherlands are € 6,- ex VAT, independent of total order value. For pallet shipments (i.e. all printers and copiers) there is a different rate, which is mentioned on the product page.
- Shipment takes place at our risk, to the address provided by the customer. For pallet shipment we will contact you for an appointment. Should we not be able to deliver at the appointed time, we will charge the customer the fees for a second delivery attempt.
- All parcels and goods must be inspected directly (in the presence of the courier) for damage. Should any damage be visible, the customer needs to let Printopia immediately know in writing. Furthermore, the courier must also acknowledge the damage in writing (by signing for it)
- Regular orders (supplies) ordered no later than 16:00 (4 p.m) will be usually be shipped the same day. Do you need speedy delivery? Give us a call to be sure!
